Cabnet Holdings Berhad announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted a Letter of Award from Pamir Development Sdn Bhd appointing it as the Nominated Subcontractor for the M&E Installation works for a project located at Johor Bahru, Johor for a Contract Sum of RM22.4 million.
The date of commencement of the Sub-Contract Works is on 25 October 2024. The ccompletion date of the Sub-Contract Works is scheduled to be by 19 November 2026.
Cabnet said the sub-contract works is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share from financial years ending 28 February 2025 to 2027, i.e. the duration of the Sub-Contract Works assuming no material delay in the timing as stated in Section 2 above.
