Kwasa Damansara, the upcoming modern township by Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd (KLSB), is gaining traction with multiple residential and commercial projects in progress. The master-planned development includes semi-detached homes, townhouses, condominiums, and affordable housing, located just beyond Jalan Sungai Buloh.

Sales galleries for several developments, including Dedaun Rimba by YTL Land, Daya Residence by TSR Development, Tujuh Residences by MRCB Land, Linari by Serene Impian, and Idaman Kwasa Damansara by Nadi Cergas, are now open. These galleries provide potential buyers with previews of upcoming properties, while Gadang Holdings will unveil its showcase (Waringin) soon.
A retail park is also under construction near Menara KWSP, catering to the growing community’s commercial needs. The township’s strategic location between Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam is enhanced by its connectivity to six major highways, two MRT stations, and two KTM Komuter stations.
Managing Director of Kwasa Land Datuk Adenan Md Yusof stated, “We are very pleased by our partners’ confidence in this new township that is being created on the ethos of Green, Connected and Inclusive. Kwasa Damansara is designed to meet the lifestyle needs of Malaysians today.”
Over 75% of infrastructure in the northern area, spanning 600 acres, has been completed, with the southern area’s work underway. The township, covering 1,700 acres by 2040, will host 25,000 housing units, including 10,000 affordable homes, 15 schools, and 250 acres of green spaces with cycling and walking trails.
To date, Kwasa Land has partnered with 13 developers for projects across 780 acres, representing a Gross Development Value (GDV) of nearly RM40 billion. Future developments include collaborations with EXSIM and Serene Impian, alongside plans for an international school.
