Esthetics International Group Berhad announced the renewal of the exclusive distributorship of Dermalogica skin care products with the signing of a new 5-year Distributorship Agreement.
Additionally it had also signed a new 2-year distributorship agreements with EIG DWMY and EIG Dermal Wellness (Thai) Co. Ltd for Thailand, and EIG DWMY and EIG Dermal Wellness (HK) Limited for Hong Kong effective Jan 1 2025.
EIG has been the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica skin care products since 1989 and currently distributes Dermalogica through EIG’s 59 wholly-owned AsterSpring professional skin care salons and retail kiosks in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand as well as EIG’s professional distribution network to over 1,000 independent professional skincare salons, spas and mediclinics across ASEAN and Hong Kong.
The group said the signing of the Distributorship Agreements will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholdings structure of EIG. With focused sales and marketing efforts and barring unforeseen circumstances, the agreements are expected to positively contribute to future profits, earnings per share and net assets of EIG.
