Pos Malaysia Bhd has announced the appointment of Natalia Ahmed Shukri Navin as its new Group Chief People Officer, effective Jan 2, 2025. Natalia will report directly to Group Chief Executive Officer Charles Brewer.
Charles Brewer expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Natalia to the Pos Malaysia family. Her extensive experience in human resources and her proven ability to drive organisational transformation will be pivotal in advancing our People strategy.”
Natalia, who previously served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Maxis from 2019 to 2024, brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She has held key HR leadership positions in various sectors across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on cultural transformation, talent management, and employee engagement.
On her appointment, Natalia said, “It is an honour to join such an established institution and a logistics powerhouse like Pos Malaysia. I look forward to enhancing its culture of putting people first and implementing innovative strategies to empower our employees.”
A trained lawyer, Natalia began her career in industrial relations and employment law at Zaid Ibrahim & Co before joining the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Staffordshire.
Her appointment is expected to further Pos Malaysia’s transformation journey, focusing on employee growth and success.
