Jati Tinggi Group Berhad has secured an RM86 million infrastructure contract to design and build a 275kV overhead power line and associated substation systems for a data centre located in Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (JTHSB), formally accepted the Letter of Award (LOA) on June 29, 2026.
The contract was awarded by an unnamed Malaysia-incorporated tech employer primarily involved in computer consultancy, data processing, and hosting infrastructure services.
The scope of the contract comprises engineering, design, and construction works for the commercial operation of a data centre at the Klang Valley Technology Park (KVTP) in Kapar, Selangor.
The contract is set to take effect immediately upon the designated Date for Possession, with a highly accelerated timeline slated for completion by September 30, 2026.
