KKB Engineering Bhd and Fook Lai Construction & Development Sdn Bhd have reached an amicable settlement for the adjudication proceedings initiated by KKB last year.
In a Bursa filing, KKB said the adjudicator has on March 14 determined and delivered his decision in favour of KKB.
It was previously reported that KKB is claiming against Fook Lai for the outstanding progressive claims amounting to RM10.1 million for a sub-contract work at Petchem Industrial Park in Tanjung Kidurong, Bintulu, Sarawak.
