ETA Group Bhd has secured two construction contracts worth a combined RM13.17 million for the design and construction of industrial factory and warehouse buildings in Mukim Rawang, Gombak, Selangor.
The group said its wholly owned subsidiary, ETA Design & Build Sdn Bhd (ETA D&B), executed the two construction agreements on Aug 13, 2026.
The first agreement was entered into with Eckem Sdn Bhd, while the second was with Entire Concept Sdn Bhd.
Both Eckem and Entire Concept are wholly owned subsidiaries of Eckem Holdings Bhd, which is listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.
Under the agreements, ETA D&B will undertake the design and build of the industrial factory and warehouse buildings at the respective sites.
Eckem is principally involved in the distribution, sales and application formulation of specialty industrial chemical products to key account customers.
Meanwhile, Entire Concept is principally involved in the distribution, sales and application formulation of specialty industrial chemical products under its own brands.
Eckem Holdings and its group of companies are principally engaged in the distribution, sales and application formulation of specialty industrial chemical products, as well as the manufacturing and trading of rubber products.
