Singapore stocks opened on a quiet note this morning, with no major gainers or losers recorded as at 8:48am today. Total market volume stood at 929,600 units, valued at S$19.85 million.
The benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) saw little movement, with major counters like DBS unchanged at S$40.10, OCBC Bank at S$15.67, and SGX trading flat at S$13.53. First Resources hovered at S$1.52, while HongkongLand was quoted at US$4.05.
Meanwhile, derivative volumes were modest at 8,470 contracts traded. The MSCI Singapore Index Futures (Apr 25) was last priced at 362.10, while the FTSE China A50 Index Futures (Apr 25) stood at 13,088.00.
The bourse is also spotlighting two ETFs — the Amova MSCI AC Asia Ex Japan Ex China Index ETF, and the Lion-China Merchant CSI Dividend Index ETF — as part of its push to offer access to diversified growth and passive income opportunities across Asia.
