ROSEN Group in Malaysia has achieved a major safety milestone, surpassing 1 million man-hours without a single recordable safety incident. The achievement was celebrated during its Health, Safety, and Environment Day 2025 (HSE Day 2025), held at its Asia Pacific headquarters in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
“To us, 1 million safe hours isn’t just a number—it is a commitment,” said Floris Verhagen, Vice President of Business Collaboration and Resourcing Management at ROSEN Group in Asia Pacific.
The event showcased ROSEN’s latest inspection technologies, including hands-free tools and real-time safety systems. It also featured a live industry dialogue session focused on safe operations and asset integrity.
In line with its Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) focus, the company hosted a blood donation drive with the National Blood Centre, collecting 30 bags of blood. Sustainability efforts included e-waste and fabric recycling, with 100kg of fabric collected on the day and a goal of 300kg by campaign end.
“From the number of shirts donated to pints of blood collected, every touchpoint was designed to ensure the event created a measurable positive impact,” said Noor Alia Mohd Anif, Head of Marketing and Communications at ROSEN Group in Asia Pacific.
Since 2022, ROSEN Group in Malaysia has achieved a 28% reduction in electricity use and a 29% cut in travel-related emissions.
