LBS Bina Group Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San has been awarded the 2025 Great ASEAN Entrepreneur Excellence Award in recognition of his contributions to innovative, inclusive, and sustainable growth in the property sector.
The award was presented during a ceremony at the InterContinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Under Tan Sri Lim’s leadership, LBS introduced key developments such as Bandar Saujana Putra, D’ Island Residence, and the Centrum Iris precinct in Cameron Highlands. The Group’s projects span across Selangor, Pahang, Perak, and Johor.
In 2025, LBS launched its 8 x 8 Strategy, a three-year corporate plan (2025–2027) covering eight focus areas including landbank optimisation, sustainability, and community wellbeing, with a targeted gross development value of RM8 billion.
LBS has also been named one of Malaysia’s Best Managed Companies for three consecutive years.
