BM GreenTech Berhad (BMG) has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Plus Xnergy Services Sdn Bhd (PXS), has entered into two separate agreements with Nefin V Power Sdn Bhd (NVP) for a solar photovoltaic project worth a total of RM95 million.
The project involves the development of a 29.99 MWac solar plant under the Corporate Green Power Project (CGPP) initiative. The agreements, signed on August 15, 2025, formalize the roles of PXS in both the procurement and the engineering and construction aspects of the solar farm.\
The total contract sum of RM95 million is broken down into two component which is the Procurement Agreement for RM64.865 million, which covers the supply of all necessary machinery, equipment, and materials, including photovoltaic (PV) panels and mounting structures.
An Engineering and Construction Agreement for RM30.135 million, covering the design, engineering, project, and construction management of the solar farm.
The project is expected to positively contribute to the net assets and earnings per share of the BMG Group for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and until its completion.
BMG’s Board of Directors has stated that the project is considered to be in the ordinary course of business for the Group, with no foreseeable risks beyond those typically associated with such projects.
