AirAsia Media, the travel media division of Capital A, has unveiled a 360° integrated media campaign to support Malaysia’s leadership as Chair of ASEAN in 2025. The initiative forms part of the ASEAN-Malaysia National Secretariat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ efforts to promote the nation’s chairmanship ahead of the 47th ASEAN Summit in October.
The campaign prominently features Malaysia’s chairmanship logo across AirAsia’s travel ecosystem, including aircraft liveries, the AirAsia MOVE duty-free catalogue, digital banners on the MOVE app and website, AirAsia Ride car wraps, and in-car tablet advertisements. It also incorporates key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and other initiatives, generating millions of high-impact impressions to amplify Malaysia’s message on inclusivity and sustainability.
The upcoming ASEAN Summit will see delegates, leaders, and visitors from across the region and beyond converge in Kuala Lumpur. The campaign reflects a “whole-of-nation” approach, demonstrating broad support for Malaysia’s core message of regional solidarity and prosperity, while showcasing the vibrancy of the Malaysian community.
Mahek Shah, Head of AirAsia Media, said the campaign was designed to create an immersive experience across the travel journey. “From the sky with our iconic aircraft liveries to the ground with AirAsia Ride, we are creating millions of high-impact impressions,” Shah said.
