Cloudpoint Technology Bhd, an information technology solutions provider specialising in enterprise and data centre networking, cybersecurity, digital applications, cloud services and IT managed services, has successfully transferred its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
The transfer marks a significant corporate milestone for Cloudpoint, reflecting its robust financial performance, solid fundamentals and adherence to strong corporate governance.
Listed on the ACE Market in May 2023, Cloudpoint has since delivered an impressive performance, recording a 25% compounded annual growth rate in profit after tax from FY20 to FY24.
The move to the Main Market is expected to enhance the company’s visibility, credibility and access to a broader pool of institutional investors, supporting its next phase of expansion.
Commenting on the successful transfer, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Choong Wai Hoong shared that the transfer to the Main Market underscores the company’s readiness to scale operations, broaden its client base and pursue new growth verticals across Malaysia’s expanding digital economy.
