AWC Berhad through its wholly owned subsidiary, has today accepted a Letter of Acceptance from the Works Department for the facilities management and maintenance of buildings in Kompleks E, Ministry of Education, and the Department of National Unity and Integration, Presint 1, Putrajaya, for five years with a total contract value RM82.5 million. The Contract is expected to commence on 1 January 2026 and continue until 31 December 2030.
Group Chief Executive Officer/President of AWC Berhad, Dato’ Ahmad Kabeer bin Mohamed Nagoor said, “This win would certainly enhance our earnings visibility and reinforce our recurring revenue base. On the other hand, the tender pipeline for the Facilities Division continues to be healthy as our team continues to pursue more opportunities.
As at end-June 2025, AWC’s outstanding order book stood at RM597.0 million, which excludes the Contract.
