CBRE has promoted Ada Fung to Chief Operating Officer, Advisory Services, CBRE Hong Kong, effective immediately.
In this role, Fung will oversee all advisory business lines in Hong Kong, reporting to Luke Moffat, President of North Asia, Advisory Services, while retaining her position as Head of Leasing and Consulting with a dotted line to Tom Gaffney, Head of Leasing, CBRE Asia Pacific.
Fung brings with her over 24 years of real estate experience and has been with CBRE since 2011, leading Hong Kong’s Leasing and Consulting business to a market-leading position.
She has also spearheaded CBRE’s Greater China Sales Management and Pitch Management teams and served as Business Development Director for the Project Management team.
In her new role, she will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, talent development and a high-performance culture across the Advisory Services business.
