Enterprise software solutions provider, Croesus IT Holdings Bhd, made its market debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia on Dec 3, opening at 15 sen, a 25% premium over its listing reference price of 12 sen, with 2,500 shares traded as of 10:28 am.
The listing, done via introduction, covers the company’s 100 million ordinary shares, giving it a market capitalisation of RM12 million.
Croesus IT, the first SAP Business One partner listed on Bursa, offers a mix of third-party and proprietary software solutions, including SAP Business One, SAP Cloud ERP, and its own platforms such as Croesus myAgri, myHR, myE-Invoice and Business Intelligence (BIX).
The company serves diverse sectors from manufacturing and aviation to plantations, healthcare, IT and FMCG, helping clients accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
CEO Richard Liau described the listing as a launchpad for growth, with plans to expand enterprise projects, adopt subscription-based services integrate artificial intelligence-driven solutions and extend offerings in niche sectors like agriculture.
“We aim to transfer the company’s listing to the ACE or Main Market in the future, reinforcing its ambition to become a leading digital solutions provider in Malaysia and the region,” Liau said.
