Berjaya Land Bhd has officially launched Bayu Timur Residences, a freehold condominium that brings resort-style living to the matured township of Kota Kemuning.
The project, located adjacent to Kemuning Golf Course, features 518 units across four blocks with sizes ranging from 1,000 to 1,280 sq ft, including dual-key options for flexible living or rental purposes.
