Berjaya Air Sdn Bhd has raised the bar for regional travel with the launch of the world’s first ATR 72-600 featuring a 26-seat all-Business Class Highline cabin, cementing its “affordable luxury” positioning.
Unveiled at an exclusive route event at Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur, the new cabin features a private-jet-inspired ambience, sculpted seating, generous legroom and a serene, private-cabin feel setting a new benchmark for comfort and accessibility in regional flights.
The launch also coincided with Berjaya Air’s expanded regional network, strengthening connectivity to key destinations in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and selected locations in Malaysia.
Berjaya Air general manager Mohd Amri Mohd Akib said the new configuration redefines expectations for short-haul travel and underscores the airline’s focus on innovation and thoughtfully designed passenger experiences.
The event also featured collaborations with Berjaya Hospitality Group, showcasing exclusive stay-and-fly packages and promotional travel privileges across its international hotel and resort portfolio.
