RapidKL announced that the purchase and redemption of the My50 Pass, Rapid Kota Pass and Rapid Kembara Pass via the MyRapid PULSE and MyRapid Shop applications will be discontinued effective Dec 31, 2025.
Rapid KL said commuters can continue to purchase the passes at all Rapid KL Customer Service Counters and selected bus hub nationwide.
Meanwhile, for the My50 Pass, purchases will also remain available through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application.
