Kawan Food Berhad announced that it has appointed Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the Group’s new External Auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
The appointment, which covers Kawan Food and its subsidiaries, it added was approved by the Board of Directors following a thorough assessment of Grant Thornton’s suitability, resources, competency, independence and proposed audit fees.
