The Immigration Department of Malaysia has launched MyNIlSe, its official mobile application to digitalise immigration services and improve efficiency and security.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the app supports the government’s digital agenda by streamlining entry and exit processes and strengthening border controls.
MyNIlSe combines biometric verification, QR-based clearance and digital travel credentials on one platform, reducing manual processes at immigration checkpoints.
The app is expected to speed up passenger clearance, improve data accuracy and enhance border security.
