VSTECS Berhad has reached an amicable settlement in a legal dispute involving its wholly-owned subsidiary, bringing an end to court proceedings against two entities within the Logicalis group.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its unit, VSTECS Pericomp Sdn Bhd, has received a lump sum payment of RM6.93 million from Logicalis Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. as full and final settlement of the suit.
The legal action, filed in the Kuala Lumpur High Court in December 2025, also named Logicalis Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a defendant.
Following receipt of the settlement sum, VSTECS Pericomp has agreed to withdraw and discontinue the suit, and to release the Logicalis group from any further claims related to the matter.
The group noted that the settlement is not expected to have any material impact on its financial position or operations.
No further details on the nature of the dispute were disclosed.
