S P Setia Bhd is set to roll out the final phase of its Ferrous residential series with the launch of 70 double-storey terrace homes, carrying a cumulative gross development value (GDV) of RM75.43 million in Alam Impian.
Dubbed Ferrous Finale, the release marks the last instalment within the Industrial Arts Precinct of the 1,235-acre township, following strong take-up rates for earlier phases.
SP Setia Chief Operating Officer Yuslina Mohd Yunus said the freehold homes feature intermediate lots sized at 22’ x 70’ with built-ups of 1,952 sq ft, while end and corner units offer larger 24’ x 70’ layouts with up to 2,161 sq ft. Prices range from RM986,800 to RM1.55 million.
“Ferrous Finale marks the culmination of a highly successful series, underscoring strong demand for homes that offer character, connectivity and proximity to established amenities,” she said.
She added that the new homes will incorporate the group’s Setia eGreenLiving features such as smart locks, solar photovoltaic systems and contactless delivery solutions, in line with its sustainability agenda.
“Residents will benefit from established amenities within the township, as well as proximity to major retail centres, schools and healthcare facilities, supported by strong connectivity via key highways,” she shared.
