Balenciaga has joined forces with Manolo Blahnik for the first time, launching a three-style footwear collaboration that debuted on the runway as part of Balenciaga’s Autumn 2026 “Body and Being” collection. The release brings together two well-known names in luxury fashion, with the shoes available in selected stores and online from Tuesday.
The collection was shaped by Balenciaga creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli, who drew from Manolo Blahnik’s archive to rework familiar silhouettes for a modern setting. It includes a low-heeled mule and slingback designs in two heights, 105mm and 50mm, alongside a kitten-heel version.
All styles are cut in silk satin and finished with leather lining in Balenciaga’s signature grey. The shapes sit on a décolleté profile that exposes the sides of the foot, a design choice pulled from Blahnik’s earlier work and updated for this collaboration.
Detailing is where the two brands clearly meet. Each pair is finished with asymmetrical crystal-embroidered leaf motifs across the vamp, referencing Blahnik’s jewellery-inspired approach to footwear while also nodding to 1960s Balenciaga jewellery designs.
The shoes come in a palette that includes black, grass, lime, violet and grey-toned shades, balancing bold colour with more neutral options. Every pair is packaged in co-branded boxes with dust bags and tissue paper, and is now available through selected Balenciaga stores and the brand’s website.
