Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad today announced that shareholders approved all 10 resolutions at its 51st Annual General Meeting.
Dato Sri Sulaiman Abdul Rahman Taib was re-elected as a director and will continue as Group Managing Director.
Sulaiman, who has led the Group since 2021, received overwhelming shareholder support with 99.21% votes in favour of his re-election. The results reflect strong confidence in his stewardship as Cahya Mata continues advancing its transformation across business, governance and ESG.
