Inta Bina Group Berhad announced it has secured a RM227.08 million contract for the proposed main building works and infrastructure works for a mixed commercial development in Klang, Selangor.
The contract was awarded by Ancubic PJ Sdn. Bhd. and covers the construction of a large-scale strata commercial development located along Jalan Remia and Jalan Botanika, Mukim Klang, Daerah Klang, Selangor. The project is scheduled to commence on 15 June 2026 and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
The development comprises two phases featuring serviced apartments, retail podiums, parking facilities, lifestyle amenities and associated infrastructure works. Upon completion, the project will deliver a total of 976 serviced apartment and Rumah Mampu
Milik (RMM) units alongside commercial and community-oriented facilities. This latest award further strengthens Inta Bina’s position in the high-rise mixed development segment, particularly within the Klang Valley, where demand for integrated residential
and commercial developments continues to remain resilient.
With this latest contract win, Inta Bina’s current unfilled order book is estimated at approximately RM1.7 billion, inclusive of the newly secured contract.
