SRKK AI Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd for its upcoming IPO exercise on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
SRKK’s IPO exercise entails a public issue of 64 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 13 million shares.
Of the public issue, 14.2 million shares will be offered to the Malaysian public, 17.04 million shares to eligible individuals and another 32.76 million shares to selected investors.
Chief Executive Officer Yew Lip Sin said the IPO comes after two decades of growth through Malaysia’s digital transformation cycle, and positions the company to benefit from accelerating artificial intelligence (AI) adoption across Southeast Asia.
He added that enterprises and governments in the region, including Malaysia, are increasingly leveraging AI to drive innovation, competitiveness and modernisation.
Yew highlighted that SRKK is also a Microsoft Managed Partner and the first Malaysian solution provider to achieve all technical competency pillars under the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Programme.
TA Securities will serve as principal advisor, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO exercise.
