Nvidia is deepening its strategic engagement with South Korea’s LG Group, with both companies exploring collaboration in humanoid robotics and next-generation data centre infrastructure, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said.
According to Reuters, Huang said the partnership would focus on integrating Nvidia’s capabilities with LG’s expertise in motor technology and mechanical systems to advance humanoid robotics.
“We are working with them in motor technology as well as mechanical systems so that we can bring together humanoid robotics and the future of robotics,” Huang said after meeting LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo in Seoul.
He added that the two companies are also working on designing the architecture for future data centres, signalling a broader push into artificial intelligence-driven infrastructure.
“We’re also working with LG in architecting the future data centres,” he said.
