MUI Properties and Pan Malaysia Corporation Bhd has appointed corporate strategist and venture-building specialist Teoh Ze-Han as its new Chief Transformation Officer as the diversified group seeks to accelerate its business transformation initiatives.
Both public listed companiies announced that Teoh, 46, assumed the position on June 11, bringing with him more than two decades of experience spanning government policy, innovation ecosystems, venture capital, technology and corporate transformation across multiple international markets.
Teoh holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde Business School in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds.
He is currently associated with Intrinsic SEA, part of the Intrinsic Group, a cross-border venture-building and investment platform with approximately CAD200 million in assets under management. As chief operating officer, he has been involved in market expansion, deep-tech acceleration and institutional partnership development across Southeast Asia.
His professional experience includes senior roles at Malaysia’s Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU), PEMANDU Associates, Cradle Fund, Qatar Insurance Group, FWD Group and Huawei Technologies.
Teoh also holds the Professional Technologist (Ts.) designation awarded by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).
