Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (KPGB) has secured a building contract worth RM529.3 million from BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd for a residential development project in Taman Duta, Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, KPGB said its wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, had on 15 June 2026 accepted a letter of award dated 12 June 2026 from BRDB for the project.
The contract, valued at RM529.319 million, involves the execution and completion of a proposed development at Lot 480191, Jalan Gallagher, Taman Duta.
The project comprises eight blocks of villa residences with a total of 146 units, together with two blocks of car parks, two levels of basement parking facilities, common amenities and a clubhouse.
The contract is scheduled to commence on 15 June 2026 and is expected to be completed within 33 months.
KPGB said the latest award is expected to provide an additional revenue stream for the group over the next three years.
The contract will also strengthen the group’s existing order book and is expected to contribute positively to KPGB’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 2026 to 2029.
The company added that the contract will not have any impact on its issued share capital.
