Taghill Holdings Berhad has secured a RM133 million contract for the construction and completion of main building and infrastructure works for the D’Evia @ Kwasa Damansara (Package 2) development in Selangor.
In an announcement, Taghill said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Taghill Projects Sdn. Bhd. (TPSB), had accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from Exsim MX4 Sdn. Bhd. on 15 June 2026 for the project.
The project involves the construction of one block of 32-storey serviced apartments with one mezzanine floor and one basement level, comprising 440 serviced apartment units together with ancillary facilities.
The development is located at No. 4 (PT 57026), Jalan Tasik Kenyir U4/21A, Kwasa Damansara, Seksyen U4, Shah Alam, Selangor.
Under the LOA, TPSB will undertake the construction and completion of the main building works and infrastructure works for the project.
The contract is expected to commence on 16 June 2026, subject to confirmation through the architect’s instruction, with a completion period of 28 months.
