Trading of shares in Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad will be temporarily suspended on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on Monday, 22 June 2026, pending the release of a material announcement.
It stated Bursa Malaysia Securities has approved the company’s request for the suspension of trading in its ordinary shares from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on 22 June 2026.
AMB did not disclose further details on the nature of the upcoming material announcement.
Trading of AMB shares is expected to resume after the announcement is released, subject to Bursa Malaysia’s requirements.
