The Board of PRG Holdings Berhad announced the appointment of PKF to conduct an independent review of the transactions between PRG, its wholly owned subsidiary, Premier Construction International Sdn Bhd, and property developer Premier De Muara Sdn Bhd.
The review it said, will be overseen by PRG’s Audit and Risk Management Committee, which will report its findings directly to the Board. This structure ensures comprehensive reporting on governance and procedural matters, with full accountability to shareholders.
