Maybank, in partnership with Evooq, will deploy AI-powered advisory solutions across its regional franchise as part of the group’s ongoing wealth transformation journey by delivering more personalised, trusted and insightful wealth advice to clients while enhancing the effectiveness of its Relationship Managers.
The partnership will see the implementation of Advisor Assist, an AI-powered wealth advisory platform built on Evooq’s technology. Advisor Assist equips relationship managers with intelligent insights, portfolio risk analytics and next-best-action recommendations, enabling them to better understand client needs, identify opportunities and deliver more meaningful conversations at scale.
