Rohas Technic Subsidiary Bank Accounts Released After MACC Revokes Seizure Orders

Rohas Tecnic Berhad has announced that all seizure orders imposed on the bank accounts of its subsidiary, HG Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd., as well as the personal bank accounts of its current and former officers, have been revoked by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

RTB said HGPT and the relevant officers received revocation orders from MACC on 26 June 2026 pursuant to Section 50(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA).

The revocation orders effectively cancelled the earlier seizure orders issued under the same provision, which had affected all HGPT bank accounts and the personal accounts of its current and former officers.

Following the revocation, all previously restricted bank accounts have been released, allowing HGPT to resume normal banking operations and business activities.

The company had previously made announcements on 17 October 2025 and 26 November 2025 regarding the seizure orders.

RTB said the release of the accounts enables HGPT to continue its operations without the banking restrictions previously imposed.

The company did not disclose further details regarding the MACC proceedings but confirmed that the revocation orders have taken effect.
