CTOS Digital Berhad has appointed Brahmal Vasudevan as its new Chairman, following the retirement of former Chairman Dato’ Noorazman Bin Abd Aziz, effective July 1, 2026.
Brahmal, 57, has been appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of CTOS Digital’s Board.
He is the founder of Creador Sdn Bhd, a private equity firm focused on investments across Asia, and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2011.
Prior to establishing Creador, Brahmal was General Partner and Managing Director of ChrysCapital Investment Advisor (S) Pte Ltd from 2000 to 2011, where he was involved in investment management and private equity activities.
He began his career in 1990 and held various roles in branding, consulting, marketing, strategy and business development across Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom. His previous organisations include Malaysian Tobacco Berhad, The Boston Consulting Group, British American Tobacco and Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad.
Brahmal holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in Boston, United States, and a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine, University of London.
He currently serves on the boards of Yu Cai Foundation and Endeavor Entrepreneurs Malaysia.
The appointment follows the retirement of Dato’ Noorazman, who stepped down after serving as Chairman of CTOS Digital.
Dato’ Noorazman brought more than three decades of experience in banking, financial markets, treasury and investments. Throughout his career, he held senior leadership positions including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at Citibank Berhad, and Executive Director of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
CTOS Digital said the leadership transition forms part of the company’s continued efforts to strengthen governance and support its long-term growth strategy.
