Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad announced changes to its board with Tan Sri Rozali has been appointed as Chairman Emeritus & Honorary Advisor to the Group.
The Board has also approved key leadership appointments Azlan Shah Tan Sri Rozali has been redesignated from Managing Director to President and appointed as Chairman of the Board of Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad;
Puan Faridatulzakiah binti Mohd Bakhry has been appointed as an Executive Director of Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad and, concurrently, redesignated from Executive Director, Special Function to Group Chief Executive Officer; and
Madam Lim Mun Lee has been redesignated from Executive Director, Finance to Chief Financial Officer.
