AGX Group Berhad announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of 2.2 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2026.
The dividend entitlement date has been fixed on 16 July 2026, while the payment date will be made on 27 July 2026.
The special dividend represents a dividend payout ratio of approximately 67% based on FY2025 earnings, and a dividend yield of approximately 5.2%, compared to the Group’s previous dividend distribution in FY2024 of 0.45 sen per ordinary share, which reflected a 15% payout ratio. The higher payout reflects the Group’s continued focus on delivering improved shareholder returns, supported by strong underlying performance.
