Paris Baguette Southeast Asia To Align Malaysia Operation Model With Regional Strategy

With Berjaya Food selling its stake in the Korean bakery, Paris Baguette Malaysia is now wholly owned by Paris Baguette’s Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters in Singapore, marking a new chapter for the business under strengthened regional leadership and closer alignment with the brand’s wider Southeast Asia strategy.

In a statement, the group said the Malaysia operations will now operate under the direct stewardship of the brand’s Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters, integrating the local business more fully into Paris Baguette’s wider operating model.

Supporting this strengthened operating model is Paris Baguette’s long-term investment in Malaysia’s manufacturing capabilities. The company’s fully halal-certified production hub in Johor is a strategic pillar for the brand, strengthening supply chain resilience, product consistency and operational scalability to support its long-term growth ambitions

The group sees the next chapter as an even better Paris Baguette experience for customers with more innovative products, an elevated bakery café experience and the same freshness and warm hospitality they have come to expect from Paris Baguette.
