UEM Edgenta Berhad will be officially removed from the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on Friday, July 10, 2026, marking the completion of the company’s delisting process.
In a Bursa Malaysia notice, the exchange said the entire issued share capital of UEM Edgenta will be removed from the Official List with effect from 9.00 a.m. on July 10 pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
The delisting follows the completion of the corporate exercise that resulted in UEM Edgenta ceasing to meet the listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia.
With the delisting taking effect, UEM Edgenta’s shares will no longer be traded on Bursa Malaysia, and the company will cease to be a listed entity on the local stock exchange.
Part of the UEN Group, UEM Edgenta is one of Malaysia’s leading asset management and infrastructure solutions providers, with operations spanning healthcare support services, property and facility management, infrastructure maintenance and environmental services across Malaysia and several international markets.
The company has been a long-standing constituent of Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market, and its removal concludes its tenure as a publicly listed company.
