Deleum Berhad has secured a favourable High Court ruling in an ongoing legal dispute arising from a forensic investigation involving its indirect subsidiary, with the court rejecting substantial damages claims brought by two defendants.
The oil and gas services provider said the Kuala Lumpur High Court delivered its decision on 9 July 2026 on a case initiated by Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (DTS), formerly known as Deleum Primera Sdn. Bhd.
The latest ruling follows the conclusion of witness cross-examinations on 21 May 2026, relating to the assessment of damages sought by Defendant No. 5 and Defendant No. 7 following the earlier issuance of Anton Piller and Mareva injunction orders.
The High Court ruled that both defendants failed to prove they had suffered damages as a result of the injunctions granted against them.
