Paris Fashion Week is set for another packed season. The Spring/Summer 2027 schedule will bring together 68 runway shows and 101 events over nine days, making it the busiest stop of Fashion Month from September 28 to October 6.
The provisional calendar reflects an industry still adjusting after a wave of creative changes over the past year. Returning brands, high-profile debuts and a handful of notable absences will shape this season’s lineup.
Valentino returns to the Paris runway after presenting its Fall 2026 collection in Rome, while Maison Margiela is back after staging its previous show in Shanghai. Sacai also rejoins the official calendar after skipping last season, with Casablanca, Ester Manas and Christopher Esber returning for Spring collections.
The week opens with Julie Kegels on September 28 and closes with Louis Vuitton on October 6. Between those bookends, the schedule features many of fashion’s biggest names alongside a growing list of independent labels.
One of the season’s key moments will be Drew Henry’s first runway collection for Courrèges on September 30. His debut lands on one of the week’s busiest days, alongside shows from The Row, Balmain, Dries Van Noten, Stella McCartney, Acne Studios and Tom Ford.
There are also a few changes to the schedule. Miu Miu moves to a Sunday show, while Chanel keeps its Monday evening slot. Sunday will also see Valentino, Mugler and Jean Paul Gaultier take to the runway.
According to Fashion Network, the schedule highlights how Paris continues to balance established luxury houses with emerging designers, even as several brands rethink when and where they present their collections.
Not every major label will be in Paris this season. Rabanne is sitting out ahead of Olivier Rousteing’s first collection for the house next March. Nina Ricci is absent following Harris Reed’s departure, while Off-White is planning a major brand moment during Milan Fashion Week. Giambattista Valli is also skipping the season as the designer finalises the buyback of his fashion house.
Elsewhere, Thom Browne will show in New York. On the other hand, McQueen has opted for a co-ed presentation during London Fashion Week.
The schedule also introduces new faces. Maxhosa Africa will stage its first Paris runway show after previously presenting collections in the city. On the presentation calendar, Alexandra Golovanoff and Fidan Novruzova join the lineup, reflecting Paris Fashion Week’s continued mix of established names and emerging talent.
