Aemulus Holdings Berhad has secured new orders worth US$3.7 million (RM15.11 million) from a customer in South Korea for the supply of semiconductor test systems serving the data centre and artificial intelligence (AI) market.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the semiconductor test and automation solutions provider said the contracts were secured by its wholly owned subsidiary, Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd, on July 27.
The company said the orders involve the delivery of test systems for applications in the rapidly growing data centre and AI segment, with revenue to be recognised progressively upon delivery.
The contracts are expected to be fulfilled over the financial years ending Sept 30, 2026 and Sept 30, 2027.
Aemulus said the new orders are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for both financial years.
However, the contracts are not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net assets per share for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2026, nor will they affect its share capital or shareholding structure.
The company noted that execution of the contracts remains subject to normal business risks, including material availability, fluctuations in raw material prices, supply chain disruptions, and changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions.
Aemulus added that none of its directors, major shareholders or persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the secured orders.
The latest contract win reinforces Aemulus’ exposure to the expanding AI and data centre ecosystem, where demand for advanced semiconductor testing solutions continues to grow.
