SNS Network Technology Berhad has secured an approximately RM1.22 billion (US$298.66 million) contract to supply high-performance AI servers.
The contract was secured following the signing of a sales agreement on 26 July between its wholly owned subsidiary, SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd, and a customer for the supply, delivery and provision of high-performance AI servers to a data centre in Malaysia.
The customer is a Singapore-incorporated private company limited by shares principally engaged in the publishing of game software and applications.
Subject to the timing of deliveries and revenue recognition, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s future earnings and net assets.
