A total of 401 polling centres involving 1,668 polling streams will open from 8am to 6pm tomorrow for the Negeri Sembilan state election, according to Election Commission (EC) chairman.
The EC chairman said all preparations for the polls had been completed, with voters expected to cast their ballots across the state during the designated voting period.
The Negeri Sembilan election will see candidates competing for 36 state seats, with several major political coalitions aiming to secure enough support to form the next state government.
Voters have been encouraged to check their polling details early and plan their journey to avoid congestion, especially during peak hours.
The EC has also reminded voters to bring valid identification documents when arriving at polling centres to ensure a smooth voting process.
PH is contesting all 36 state seats, followed by BN (25), Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) (24), Perikatan Nasional (PN) (11), four Independent candidates, while Barisan Jamaah Islamiah SeMalaysia (Berjasa), Parti Orang Asli Malaysia (ASLI) and Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) are fielding one candidate each.
