Putrajaya Hybrid Working Model Takes Effect From Today

The Hybrid Working Day (HBH) policy for civil servants, which allows employees to work three days in the office and two days from home or an alternative location, takes effect today.

The policy, introduced by the Public Service Department (JPA), provides a flexible working arrangement for government employees while maintaining operational requirements.

Under the HBH policy, civil servants may work remotely for two days a week, subject to approval and the operational requirements of their respective departments.

The implementation introduces a more flexible working arrangement within the public service.
