Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust (Paradigm REIT) recorded total revenue of RM60.46 million and net property income (NPI) of RM40.36 million for the second quarter.
During the quarter under review, the trust achieved a profit after taxation of RM28.52 million. Distributable income for the period stood at RM29.63 million, translating to 1.85 sen per unit.
For the cumulative financial period under review, Paradigm REIT registered a total revenue of RM120.92 million and an NPI of RM79.59 million, supported by net investment income of RM81.18 million.
After accounting for non-property expenses totaling RM24.82 million, the trust delivered a pre-tax profit of RM56.36 million. Cumulative distributable income reached RM58.51 million, representing 3.65 sen per unit.
As of the reporting date, Paradigm REIT’s total net asset value (NAV) stood at RM1,646.63 million, with an NAV per unit of RM1.0274.
