Ramssol Group Bhd posted a 20.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in profit after tax and minority interest (PATAMI) to RM13.93 million for the first half ended June 30, 2026 (1H26), supported by stronger regional demand and higher-margin technology solutions.
Revenue for 1H26 also rose 14.9% to RM49.48 million from RM43.06 million a year earlier, while net operating cash inflow reached RM53.87 million. Cash and cash equivalents stood at RM44.60 million as at end-June.
For the second quarter, revenue increased 9.4% YoY to RM27.28 million, while PATAMI climbed 29.9% to RM7.43 million from RM5.72 million previously.
The group attributed the performance to high-margin software licensing, enterprise AiTech deployments and demand across Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Ramssol Group Managing Director and CEO Datuk Wira Ts Cllement Tan said the results reflected the group’s strategy of scaling its PeopleTech and AiTech ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
He said growth momentum would also be supported by the completion of Ramssol’s acquisition of INNIO Group on July 24 and its memorandum of agreement with AmBank (M) Bhd for the PayDayNow Earned Wage Access solution.
Tan said it expects to expand its recurring revenue base in 2H26 as regional technology adoption continues to grow.
