Ekovest Berhad has announced the resignation of Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng as its Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, effective August 7, 2026.
The 64-year-old construction veteran stepped down from his position to devote more time to education-related social work and to focus on his ongoing commitments as Non-Executive Chairman of ACE Market-listed Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad.
Tan Sri Lim has over 40 years of experience across construction, property development, infrastructure, and machinery trading. He was appointed Managing Director of Ekovest in May 2011 before being redesignated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director in March 2024.
Throughout his career, he played a central role in delivering major national infrastructure projects.
