PTT Synergy Group Bhd has secured a RM260 million deal to develop and sell five industrial warehouses in Pontian, Johor, as the group expands its property development activities into industrial and logistics-related assets.
The group said its wholly-owned subsidiary, PTT Development Sdn Bhd (PTTD), had on Aug 12, 2026 entered into five separate sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) with Koperasi Kakitangan Bank Rakyat Bhd (Sekatarakyat) for the development.
Under the agreements, PTTD will develop and construct five single-storey industrial warehouses with mezzanine office space and ancillary facilities on 20 individual parcels of freehold land.
Each warehouse will be sold to Sekatarakyat for RM52 million, giving the five-unit development a combined sales value of RM260 million.
Each warehouse will have an approximate built-up area of 101,567.81 sq ft.
PTT Synergy said the development forms part of PTTD’s ordinary course of property development business and is aligned with the group’s strategy to expand its portfolio of industrial and logistics-related properties.
